How does the Annual Plan work?

The plan is divided into two stages, with charges made at different times:

2. Turntable Kit (optional and with exclusive discount for annual subscribers)
Value for annual subscribers: R$ 1,728.00 (payable in up to 12 installments of R$ 144.00 interest-free) - Important: To pay in installments on a credit card, you must have a credit limit for the total amount of R$ 1,728.00. Even if charged in monthly installments of R$ 144.00, the full amount must be available on the card limit at the time of purchase.

QUESTIONS ABOUT VINYL RECORD SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. What is the Vinyl Record Subscription Club?

It is a monthly service in which the subscriber receives:

- 1 (one) 140g vinyl record selected by a specialized curator, with the aim of providing musical discoveries and unique experiences.
- Simple cover
- Poster/insert 90x69cm with lyrics, technical details, photos and exclusive text by Bento Araújo
- Photo 25x20cm
- Two stickers


2. Who chooses the discs sent?

The selection is made exclusively by the company's curators , based on their own criteria of quality, originality and artistic proposal.

3. 🔄 Can I change the disc of the month?

Yes, with the following rules:

  • The exchange can only be made on the 9th of each month;
  • Only discs with more than 50 units in stock are available for exchange;
  • Exchanges are not permitted in the first month of subscription;
  • The 10% subscriber discount does not apply to exchanges;
  • If the new disc is cheaper, there is no refund of the difference;
  • The monthly fee is replaced by the full price of the new disc + shipping;
  • Final charge will occur on the 10th based on the new value.

Important: The entire exchange process is digital and must be done exclusively through the club's platform.
Since the exchange takes place on the 9th and billing on the 10th, there may be cases where the reserved title runs out before payment is processed.
In these cases, our customer service team will contact you on the 10th so you can choose another title available in that month's catalog.

4. How do I request an exchange?

The request must be made exclusively through our official website , on the 9th of the current month. Requests by other means will not be accepted .

5. What if I don't want to exchange?

If no exchange request is made on the 9th, we will consider that you automatically accepted the curation choice, and shipping will be carried out as scheduled.

6. Can I include other discs in this month's shipment?

Yes! Subscribers can purchase individual discs on our website and choose to have them shipped along with their subscription disc. To do this:

  • The purchase must be completed by the 10th of the month ;
  • Joint shipping guarantees the same shipping cost for items;
  • This rideshare shipping option is only available for individual discs and does not apply to pre-order titles .

7. How much does the subscription cost?

The monthly fee is R$95 . Payments are made as follows:

  • First charge: at the time of joining;
  • Subsequent charges: always on the 1st of each month , regardless of the date of joining.

8. How are deliveries made?

Deliveries begin on the 16th of each month , taking into account the time to process exchanges and additional purchases made between the 1st and 10th.

📦 Attention: Deliveries are made on subsequent dates according to the logistics schedule and the subscriber's region , with the support of partners to ensure the best possible deadline.

9. What if the disc is defective?

You can request an exchange for a manufacturing defect within 7 calendar days of receipt . The following are considered defects:

  • Warped, cracked or unplayable disc;
  • Cover or packaging with serious manufacturing defects.

Important: Minor damage caused by transportation, or personal dissatisfaction with the choice of title , do not qualify as defects.

10. What equipment is compatible?

To preserve records and ensure good playback, we recommend turntables with:

  • Anti-skating system;
  • Arm weight control ;
  • Independent speakers (not built into the turntable itself).

Briefcase -type devices can compromise the integrity of the drive. In these cases, our team will technically evaluate the replacement.

11. What is the minimum loyalty period?

The minimum commitment is 3 continuous months . Cancellations before this period will incur a 30% penalty on the remaining amount until the end of the commitment period.

12. How do I cancel my subscription?

After the minimum loyalty period, cancellation can be requested at any time, with 30 days' notice , by sending an email to: sac@rocinante.com.br .

⚠️ This means that you will still be charged after the request if the 30-day period goes beyond the 10th of the month. The subscriber will continue to receive payment normally until the end of the current cycle.

Example: if you request cancellation on the 2nd, the debit for the 10th will still be made, and the service will remain active until the following month.

The subscriber must be aware of the penalties provided for in the event of early cancellation , as described in item 11.

13. Do subscribers get discounts on website products?

Yes! All active subscribers receive a 10% discount on any product available on our website. Simply log in with your subscription account to see the discounted prices automatically applied to your cart.

Important: This discount does not apply to club disc exchanges , and is only valid for individual purchases.

14. Can I purchase more than one subscription in the same order?

No. Each order only allows one subscription at a time . However, you can use the same login to manage multiple subscriptions , with separate payments for each.

16. What happens if payment is not approved on the 10th?
If the subscription amount isn't successfully debited by the 10th, the month's disc won't be shipped. The system will attempt to charge the disc again on the following days, but shipping will only be confirmed after payment is approved. If payment isn't made by the end of the month, the subscription will be automatically canceled. Therefore, it's important to keep your card valid and with available credit to avoid suspension of shipments and termination of the subscription.

💳 How does billing work?

  • R$95.00/month – for the subscription to the records.
    Recurring charge on the card on the 10th of each month , for 12 months (total: R$1,140.00).
  • R$1,728.00 – for the kit with record player, speakers and rug .
    This amount will only be charged when the customer is notified of the shipping availability. Therefore, we will have two separate charges. The first charge will be for the shipping of the records, and the subscription will be active upon confirmation of the charge. The second charge for the turntable may be made at a later date, depending on the turntable's shipping availability in our inventory.
  • If the record player is not available in stock at the time of subscription, we will wait for the product to arrive in our stock, and then send a confirmation request from the customer regarding their interest in charging for the record player.
  • It can take up to four months for the turntable to arrive in our warehouse.
    Payment can be made via PIX or credit card , with the possibility of paying in up to 12 installments .

Kit price for subscribers: R$1,728.00.
Original price of the kit for non- subscribers: R$2,880.00 .

Subscribers have an exclusive 40% discount on the product price for non-subscribers, a total of R$1,152.00 for the kit.

📦 What is the delivery time for the turntable and records?

  • Monthly discs : sent after the 15th of each month, after payment confirmation.
  • Turntables and accessories : shipped within 4 months of joining , after notification of availability and payment confirmation.

🕒 What happens if I don't pay for the kit after the notice?

If payment of R$1,728.00 is not made within 60 days after the availability notice :

  • The customer loses the right to the kit (turntable, speakers and rug);
  • The subscription is automatically migrated to the monthly plan , with only discs being sent;
  • The right to the kit will be passed on to another subscriber on the waiting list .

🔄 Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes.
At the end of 12 months, the subscription is automatically renewed , unless a cancellation request is made.

Attention : Only the disc subscription is renewed.
There will be no new charge for the turntable kit.

❌ Can I cancel my subscription before the end of the 12-month plan? Is there a penalty?

Yes. It is possible to cancel the plan early, but this will result in the loss of the exclusive discount on the turntable kit worth R$1,152.00 .
This condition is applied as a fine proportional to the remaining time of the subscription.

Example :
If there are still 7 months left until the end of your plan, the fine amount will be proportional to 7/12 of the discount :

R$1,152.00 ÷ 12 months = R$96.00 per month
R$96.00 x 7 months = R$672.00 fine

Cancellation FAQ:

  • How do I request cancellation?
    Simply contact our customer service team to request the cancellation of your subscription.

  • Will I receive a refund?
    No. The proportional charge is calculated and the amount due is informed at the time of the request.

  • Can I keep the discs I received until then?
    Yes, the discs already delivered are yours, even in case of cancellation.

  • What if I want to come back later?
    A new subscription will be required, subject to availability.

❓ Can I cancel my subscription to the kit (before shipping)?

Yes, as long as the amount of R$1,728.00 has not yet been charged .
If you wish to cancel your subscription to the kit within the 4 months scheduled for shipping, simply contact our customer service team before being notified for payment.

After notification and collection, cancellation will not be possible.

🔧 What if the turntable is defective?

The product has a 3-month legal warranty , in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

The exchange request must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, through:

  • Sending an email to sac@rocinante.com.br ;
  • Detailed description of the defect;
  • Sending photos and/or videos that highlight the problem.

If the Club deems it necessary, the customer must send the claimed equipment, in its original packaging , for technical analysis. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the return shipping cost will be refunded and the replacement will be made within 30 calendar days , free of charge.

Defects covered for exchange:

  • Engine not working or rotating irregularly;
  • Mechanical arm locked, broken or misaligned from the factory;
  • Factory defects in the phonocaptor capsule or needle;
  • Defects in the electrical power supply system that prevent proper operation.

Defects not covered:

  • Minor cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents that do not affect operation;
  • Problems arising from inadequate transportation after delivery;
  • Damage due to misuse, dropping, exposure to liquids, power surges or incorrect installation;
  • Natural wear and tear of needle, belt or components.

If the technical analysis indicates that the defect is due to improper use or is outside the warranty conditions, a technical report will be issued and the customer may request a repair quote at their own expense .
